Refund policy

We apologize for any inconvenience, but please note that we generally do not accommodate returns or issue refunds for orders, with the exception of specific cases related to the authenticity of items. Such cases will be carefully evaluated on an individual basis.

Returns and refunds will be considered for items proven to be inauthentic by a minimum of two professional authenticators within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

We do not have an option for exchanges. All sales are considered final.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
